Kids birthday party - 2 hrs, bath bomb & slime making

Let's throw a whimsical and quirky birthday party for your kids! We'll have 2 hours of music, bath bomb & slime making, and sparkle (if you're into that sort of thing). Don't forget to bring your own food, drinks, and cake!
The party is for 10 guests, plus the birthday child who gets in for free! Each extra guest is just $22.

ARRIVAL:  You are welcome to arrive 30 mins before the start of your party to set up anything that you are bringing. The event will start promptly at the specified time, this is not an instructional class, but rather instruction given when requested. If you are late, be aware you may not walk out with a finished product. Event will end promptly at agreed end time. 

FOOD/DRINK: You are allowed to bring food, drinks, party products, cake, balloons and more! We also allow mommy/daddy drinks brought into our studio too. We recommend any eating/drinking and socializing, happen after the project is painted and drying/assembling by the Crafty Chicks.

ADD ONS:

• EXTRA TIME: we do offer the add on of extra studio hours if you feel you would like more time. This is just a $50/hr fee that you can use for extra cake time or opening gifts as the project will take the allotted time with the pkg. 
• FACE GLITTER: this fun add on is $5 per child and the birthday child gets to pick the face glitter combo! Every child will get a jar of that one glitter combo that the birthday child created!
• HAIR TINSEL: this fun add on is $3 per child Each child will get 2 strands of tinsel and can be tied into hair or clamped/banded. 
  
  

GLITTER: we love everything to sparkle! Glitter is allowed and encouraged during any paint parties! We do suggest an adult to assist the child with glittering. 

PAINT: Aprons will be provided, but consider wearing something you wouldn’t mind getting paint on, as our paints are good quality Sherwin Williams paints that likely won’t come out.

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS:  If an event should ever need to be canceled due to weather, I will offer a backup date. If you are not able to attend the new date, you will be given a full refund. We ask that you leave the correct phone number and email at checkout as thats the quickest way to update you if we should need to cancel.

OTHER CANCELLATIONS:  if party holder cancels their event, they will not be refunded, however they will be given store credit to use for a future party or credit to use for paint nights or shopping in the gift shop. 

GIFT CERTIFICATES:  Crafty Chick Gifts offers gift certificates and they can be purchased online and can be used for these events.

CONTACT:  Best way to contact me is via text 504-710-6898. I also answer PM’s and emails within a day. I try to answer texts promptly or within a few hours. If it’s right before/during/right after the event be prepared that it may take longer as my clients at the event take precedence.
