Refund/Exchange Policy…

Due to all orders are custom made to order, and we strive our best to design just what you dreamed of, we are confident you will LOVE your product with no issues with the product, there is a NO REFUND/EXCHANGE policy on all of our products. All personalized items are spelled exactly like the order stated. However IF you feel there is an issue with one of our products, please email us at craftychickgifts@gmail.com within 24 hours from delivery/pickup and we will try to resolve or fix the issue.

Pickup Policy…

All orders not picked up within 90 days will be donated and no longer available. 

 

Workshop, Private Parties and Camps...

All tickets/registrations for all of our events are non refundable, Tickets are transferable to another event, you must contact us with this transfer.

TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED in advance, no tickets are sold at the door. If you are no longer able to attend, you may sell your event ticket/registration to someone else (for that event only).

WE DO NOT ALLOW SHARED projects, all painters/makers must be registered when attending our event. If you can no longer attend, or sell your spot, you will be given the option to receive your diy kit, a completed project by me or a shop credit to use for a future event or shop items.

ARRIVAL:  All
 events will start promptly at the specified time. If you are late, be aware you may not walk out with a finished product. Event will end promptly at specified time.

Purchase tickets early, class size is very limited. If you sign up for a particular craft, you can change your craft option up until 3 days prior to the event.

 

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS:  If an event should ever need to be canceled due to weather, I will offer a backup date. If you are not able to attend the new date, you will be given a full refund. We ask that you leave the correct phone number and email at checkout as thats the quickest way to update you if we should need to cancel.

OTHER CANCELLATIONS:  Crafty Chick Gifts reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. There needs to be a minimum of 6 painters signed up for a class for us to have the class. If that minimum is not met, registrants will be notified prior to class time and offered a completed project or a DIY kit.

Private parties require a minimum of 10 painters...max 20 painters.

CONTACT:  Best way to contact me is via text 504-710-6898. I also answer PM’s and emails within a day. I try to answer texts promptly or within a few hours. If it’s right before/during/right after the event be prepared that it may take longer as my clients at the event take precedence.
