We try to ship out all our wood blanks within 3-5 business days and 14 business days for any painted items. Christmas rush time, may take a little longer as every piece is handmade. 

Shipping is based on zip code and you get FREE SHIPPING on orders $200 or more. These rates do not include any wholesale or bulk orders. Please email or text prior to ordering for shipping rates. We ship only in the US and military addresses. 

If a package is lost or stolen, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier: USPS, UPS or FED-EX. The Crafty Chick Gifts will not be held responsible.
