We try to ship out all our standard orders within 3-5 business days, and for custom orders or orders made to order (not in inventory) within 7-14 business days. Christmas rush time, may take a little longer as every piece is handmade. 

These rates do not include any wholesale or bulk orders. Please email or text prior to ordering for shipping rates. We ship only in the US and military addresses. 

If a package is lost or stolen, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier: USPS, UPS or FED-EX. The Crafty Chick Gifts will not be held responsible.
