Terms of Service & Participation Waiver

 

📸 Photography Release

By signing up for an event with Crafty Chick Gifts & Craft Studio (aka CCG), I grant permission to Heather (the Head Chick) and the Crafty Chick team to use any and all photographs taken of me and my project during workshops, private parties, camps, or events for any legal use.

This includes, but is not limited to: marketing, social media, publicity, advertising, web content, and other promotional materials.

I understand no royalty, fee, or compensation will be provided for the use of these images.

By registering for a CCG event, I’m agreeing to this photography release and giving my full sparkle-filled approval to share the crafty joy!

✍️ Participation Waiver & Liability Release

I understand and agree that by registering and participating in a Crafty Chick Gifts & Craft Studio (CCG) workshop or event, I do so voluntarily and at my own risk. I acknowledge that crafting may involve materials such as:

• Paint

• Hot glue

• Wood

• Tools (including sanders, hammers, nails, screws, etc.)

• Epoxy/resin (when applicable)

I affirm I do not have any conditions that would increase my risk of injury during these activities.

I hereby release and hold harmless Crafty Chick Gifts & Craft Studio, Heather (the Head Chick), and her employees or assistants from any and all claims of liability for personal injury or property damage that may occur as a result of participation—including those caused by ordinary negligence.

🍷 Alcohol Consumption Disclaimer (If Applicable)

If I choose to bring or consume alcohol during a private party or event, I do so at my own discretion and assume all responsibility for any related incidents or injuries. CCG is not liable for anything that occurs as a result of my alcohol consumption.

💡 Crafty Content & Design Protection

The projects, techniques, and materials taught and shared at CCG events are for personal use only. By attending, I agree not to teach, sell, or reproduce the designs, methods, or business model used by Crafty Chick Gifts & Craft Studio. I also agree not to create a competing business using these ideas.

We’re all for sharing joy—but not for copycats 🐔😉
